You contact the customer service line to be told it would be escalated past the store to the district manager and would be contacted only to NOT BE CONTACTED BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER. FILLED OUT COMPLAINT FORM REQUESTING DISTRICT MANAGER ONLY TO BE REPLIED TO WITH THEY WILL CONTACT THE STORE. THE STORE IS WHO I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH! WOULD BE GREAT IF PEOPLE DID THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY! Ordered online with SCENE POINTS, and I'm sure that is the main reason for the most horrible burgers from harvey's ever. 1. When we went to pickup, I immediately reached the counter and talk to employee for my pickup order. 2. They still kept my burgers for 10 mins without doing anything and another employee comes out and asks me how may I help you? ARE YOU KIDDING ME 3. The bread was multi grain but stale, so was the patty. 4. Veggies vanished after completing half of my burger . In short my PREPAID order took 30 mins to to get to me, and it was really busy store WITH JUST US.
It's a harveys, just 5 minutes off the highway, but use GPS because it's not obvious which way it is from the highway. Everything was as good as usual but I was disappointed to find they no longer serve tzatziki as a topping anymore, maybe just this location I hope? Vegetarian options: They got em.
