You contact the customer service line to be told it would be escalated past the store to the district manager and would be contacted only to NOT BE CONTACTED BY THE DISTRICT MANAGER. FILLED OUT COMPLAINT FORM REQUESTING DISTRICT MANAGER ONLY TO BE REPLIED TO WITH THEY WILL CONTACT THE STORE. THE STORE IS WHO I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH! WOULD BE GREAT IF PEOPLE DID THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY! Absolutely disgusted and appalled that the staff here thinks it's ok to grab a customer's food with their bare hands. Started with Vashi not ringing in my scene card, when she was told to refund the order and ring it back in, she thought she could just charge me again and ring in my scene card before voiding the ord...
I went to the king George location with my 2 kids and had a great experience. The food was excellent and the staff was even better. Our server Cat went above and beyond to give us a great experience.
