Haus Vennblick - Réserver une table

We were in desperate search for a hotel late in the evening as the Hotel we had booked in Monchau had no car parking and I am disabled so we had to abandon. We passed Hotel Vennblick in Hofen and they took us in with a fabulous welcome. Our meal was fresh, tasty, great value, served at a lovely table with crisp table cloths and linin, candel light, it was fabulous. The morning breakfast served in the music themed room was again extremely fresh meats, cheeses, crusty bread rolls, boiled eggs, spreads, yoghurt, fresh juice and great coffee. There is a well stocked bar with Leff on tap and Rik and Brigette are great company and speak perfect english. Thank you both for making us so welcome!! Hi...

After failing to get parked in Monschau, we found ourselves late in the evening desperate for somewhere to stay. We came across the Haus Vennblick quite by accident, but it looked very welcoming after a 500 mile drive. Rik and Brigi, the owners could not have made us feel more welcome. Rik even moved his car out of the garage so I could park mine. They have great beer on tap, and Rik cooked us a superb meal. They could not nhave done more to make us feel welcome. I will certainly stay here again and would highly recommend the Haus Vennblick.

My wife and I were in a hotel in Hofen, which had a day of rest on Thursday so no dinner, in the night so we had a walk to find food, that was the best walk we have ever made; we were met by Rik and Brigit and had such a wonderful meal that we had for the last 8 years revisited Vennblick when your ever in Hofen Pop in and try the food I promise you don't regret it. We had lunch here on New Year's Day after the excellent reviews. The place is fine, the owner makes her best, but the menu is limited and the food really b-a-d. We ordered typical dishes such as wuerstels and schnitzel and they floated on fat and simply tasted wrong. I wouldn't recommend it, nor will I ever go back. Besides, the food was so heavy that we were sick all afternoon.

Great food, atmosphere and beautiful hosts. The food is cooked to order and is delicious. Traditional Art Café/Bar with a lot of character
