"I'm a dedicated fan of Havens. Everything they offer is fantastic. The ice cream has the perfect level of sweetness—just right. The pints are really convenient, and while the price per scoop is slightly on the high side, it's not unreasonable. However, the pints are very affordable."

Stopped by today with my boys for the grand opening and am delighted to report that it not only meets but exceeds the hype. It was actually my intention to take pictures but I'm afraid we had our cones to go and mine didn't even make it back to the car. The place is located almost right at the corner of Richmond Picadilly and it modernly and sparsely decorated. It was a bit of a cool day which meant it wasn't that busy but lots of employees on hand with quick and friendly service. The ice cream was amazing. All locally made in small batches I can personally vouch for the awesomeness of the salted caramel, cookies cream and mint chocolate chip flavours. A single cone will run you about $6 whi...

Ice cream should make you happy when you have it and the atmosphere of this place is clean, calm, and makes you feel happy. The workers here are really friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. That's why I'm a little sad and reluctant to say that their ice cream didn't really impress me. I got their feature banana toffee London fog. The banana flavor was really prominent and tasted really good initially. The London fog part of it was lost on me though, which made me a little sad since I love tea based ice creams. The texture was a little slimy and gummy, like old ice cream. I thought it was the banana at first which does sometimes add that texture but I had my husbands cookie dough an...

We decided to sample four flavors: Cookie Dough, Salty Caramel, London Fog, and Apple Pie. I particularly loved their concept of limited edition flavors; during our visit, it was Apple Pie—which definitely makes me want to come back! The standout flavors for me were the London Fog and Apple Pie, as both had a delightful hint of tea and the sweetness of pie. I was pleasantly surprised to find tiny chunks of apple pie in the smooth ice cream. The pricing is slightly on the higher side at $3 per scoop, but I hear that the waffle cones are really good—we just weren’t hungry enough to try them this time. They also offer tubs of ice cream, so you can take some home to enjoy later. I’m looking for...

I 'm obsessed with this ice cream place. I 've probably visited more than 15 times and it 's only been open a few months. The 'Cereal Milk ' flavour was beyond description but unfortunately, they haven 't had it for the past month or two. I do hope they will bring it back because the Momofuku version does not compare in the slightest. I love the Cookie Dough and London Fog flavours too! Although, by the end of the scoop, I find that the London Fog one tastes sort of bitter. The price is pretty high but for homemade ice cream and the fresh waffle cones, it 's pretty worth it. Overall, really cute place! Probably my favourite ice cream right now. Update: if you have the chance, TRY THE GINGERB... Réservez une table maintenant

My choices for ice cream on my first visit was the ice cream equivalent of tea and biscuits as I ordered double scoop (so 4 scoops in total! of London Fog and cookie dough. This was after I had the opportunity to try (m any of the flavours on offer, which I think is a great perk to have. I would agree with most who stated there should be more cookie dough in that ice cream, but I still think it was yummy. The London Fog got a bit heavy in taste as I ate, so I would probably only get that as a single. I was quite smitten with it, though. First time having a tea ice cream. My sister got salted caramel and I think that may be a front runner in terms of ordering every time. I would definitely re...

Haven's Creamery never disappoints and has the freshest ice cream in London! They have a pretty decent selection of ice cream flavours and features new flavours every week or so! Their prices are also reasonable ranges from $3.50 (a single scoop to $5.50 (for a double scoop which makes sense as they make their own ice cream and only use the freshest of ingredients. They also have fresh waffle cones made in house and sell pints of ice cream. The only thing I find a little inconvenient about Haven's is that it's not really a sit down place they only have one stand up table inside and a few tables outside. But other than that, if you're ever looking for a spot to get some amazing ice cream, i'd...

I came here for the first time. I loved their ice cream as well as the freshly made waffle cone. Since the single comes with two scoops of your choice, I had maple pecan and vanilla. My husband also ordered salty caramel. All of them were so great. The workers were friendly, too. One thing that made my stars not five but four is the temperature inside the store. Although the outside was sunny and warm, the shop was much warmer than that cuz of the waffle cooking. Our baby started getting fussy cuz how hot it was inside and broke down when we were at the cashier. As soon as we went outside, she retrieved her smile though.

The strawberry ice cream may be the best I've ever had. Their seasonal flavours of apple pie, s'mores, half baked are so so good! The staff is so polite, always accommodating to offer help when customers are indecisive between their many delicious flavours. I've asked for so many samples and the staff is always so kind! Their cones are delicious, you could seriously have them on its own! The smell of the fresh made cones entices you when you walk in! Take a pint home to share and buy some cones with you you will not be disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant

I'm not usually an ice cream enthusiast, which is why it took me so long to visit Haven's, but I must say, it has become my favorite ice cream spot in London. The unique and seasonal flavors, along with their dairy-free sorbet options, make this place a delight! While the selection isn't overwhelming, each flavor is crafted to perfection. The apple pie flavor was simply exquisite! Be sure to sample all the flavors before you choose your favorite! They also sell ice cream tubs for you to take home.
