I've enjoyed many meals at this restaurant, all of which have been great, so I decided to try their takeaway. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We ordered Butter Chicken and Prawn Balti along with two portions of rice, totaling £25.80. To say that this experience was underwhelming would be an understatement. Both dishes were primarily made up of a bland sauce that took up about 60% of the meal. The prawns were tiny and hard to find among the onions and a few pieces of chicken, all of which had little to no flavor. The takeaway versions bore no resemblance to the delicious meals I've had in the restaurant.
I’m sorry to write a poor review but I ordered some food and when it arrived it was cold. Ok, so I understand that the person delivering was busy so I decided next time to collect in person and when I arrived home it was cold. Again!!. I called to complain and someone brought some food round that was hot . I asked for the manager to come but he didn’t bother and the person delivering the food asked for the cold food back which made be extremely disappointed as It was as though they didn’t believe me. I always support local business but I will never have food from this establishment again.
Ordered take away on a Saturday night around 7pm, didn’t receive food until around 9.40pm, over 2 hours. Was lied to when I called after one hour telling me food was a few mins away. When I received food most of it was cold. I called and requested they come and collect and return my money. They said they would drop it back the next day. Another lie. Thanks to them me and my wife had no dinner and paid £31 for the privilege.
