I apos;m a frequent traveler to the Bay Area have been trying to find a good, solid place to enjoy some island goodness! This place absolutely nailed it. The Katsu is hands down the best around. And the Mac is exactly what I apos;ve been craving! 5-stars well deserved. If this is your first attempt for a similar place to eat, make this your first choice! I apos;ve tried them all around south sfo, and none compare to this!
Ordered the 1. Spam egg with rice 2. Chicken katsu and teriyaki combo with rice. Their portion is huge so it’s def worth the money. I like that they kept the teriyaki sauce in a flask to made it warm. Overall yum food and will definitely go back. Also Sunday parking is free for the area.
We have sampled their Kalua Pork, Mixed BBQ, Chicken Katsu, Crab Rangoon, Lau Lau, and Pork Fried Dumplings (pork, 8 pieces). Everything is delicious and the portions are generous. Highly recommended!
This place is great. Friendly service, delicious food, and HUGE portions! Definitely a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the sidewalk, but you'd be a fool to pass this place up... Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely loved the Katsura BBQ combo, especially with the curry sauce. The Malasadas were also deliciously warm, a rare find at restaurants. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
We ordered the family meal which included BBQ beef, chicken katsu, and teriyaki chicken. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes. It was generous enough to satisfy a family of five.
Doordasher went above and beyond to package and insulate my order in a thermal bag. He followed instructions and was exceptionally courteous.
