Heartbeet is truly one-of-a-kind in the San Jose dining scene. Their plant-based menu is simply enchanting! I took a close friend out for her birthday celebration, and I ordered the sriracha tempeh tacos—they were absolutely fantastic. Normally, I shy away from cream-based dishes, but I decided to try the Cream of Broccoli soup, and it was rich and divine! Just as impressive was the carrot and peanut butter soup I had on a previous visit. We finished off our meal with two delightful key lime tarts that were simply heavenly. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Heartbeet for another wonderful dining experience!
