We were very disappointed with our recent dining experience atHearth Lounge. We ordered High Tea (vegan option) and found several items that were served to be dry and stale. Even the scones tasted as though they were simply reheated. It was obvious that none of these items were freshly prepared. I appreciate that vegan and other options (eg gluten-free) do not make up a large percentage of your customer requests but if you choose to make these dietary requirements available then the food provided should be of equal quality as your normal menu. We will not be recommending Hearth Lounge.
Very poor service. Left waiting for a long time . We had to ask for our tea x 2. Never asked if we would like 2nd cup of tea. Had to ask again. Savoury dishes mediocre. Bread was hard and dried out. All cold. No warm selection. Sweets were nice. Will not return nor recommend to anyone. Overpriced for what we received and have had far better at other venues.
It was honestly outstanding. We booked for a hens and had a blast. I don’t recall seeing my glass ever empty, it was constantly kept topped up. The food was really good. We overstayed our welcome and sat in the lounge for an extra 2 hours and everything was on point. The 2 guys that looked after us were awesome! We’ll be back
Lovely venue, great food, attentive staff, not intrusive, well worth the price. A great venue for my daughter's 21st birthday or any special occasion. She especially loved the chocolate Easter bunnies and hot cross buns! A great afternoon enjoyed by us all. Thank you.

We loved the afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton, the food was very tasty, the bubbles were bubbly, my Brother had just turned 90 years old that day, he enjoyed the special treat very much. Thank you
Mothers Day afternoon tea food was delicious and the venue was beautiful but the service was very lacking. It would have been nice to have been offered drinks without calling the waiter over.
Really enjoyed the experience. The food selection was very tasty. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Will definitely be back for high tea again.
