I find it difficult to express just how amazing this meal was. I visited with friends for a weeknight dinner (make sure to reserve a table because it tends to get quite busy) and was thoroughly impressed. The carpaccio reminded me of a deconstructed pho, making for a wonderfully unique appetizer. All the pasta dishes were fantastic, but the gnudi truly stood out as exceptional—light and fluffy, with a savory filling that had a subtle hint of mint. You'll definitely want to order more than one serving!

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Collingswood! Unfortunately, the prix fixe menu has made dining here much more difficult.
