We did not want to go to the restaurant, but we preferred the beer garden on the banks of the Neckar. Among old, shade-giving trees are a variety of rustic tables. There is no service in the beer garden, but the guest is himself: self-service with food and drinks is recommended. Rating refers to beer garden. Very nice location right at the Nackar. Staff also very friendly and beer also very good. The food is nothing special for the price. For 6.50 euros there were two sausages with rolls and mustard in the special offer. The sausages really didn't taste very much. The sausage salad was better from my friend, but also very badly seasoned. 1 star for the location 1 star for the staff 1 star for the beer food at least in the beer garden nothing special... unfortunately. I was once in the restaurant a long time ago, there was the food and also the selection much better. That's why there's 1 star.
Das Lokal hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Neckar. Das Weißbier schmeckt süffig, die Speisen waren allerdings eher mangelhaft. Der bunte Blattsalat bei der Pfifferlingsbowl bestand nur aus Eisbergsalat mit ein paar Chicoréeblättern. Außerdem waren die Pfifferlinge nicht sauber geputzt und sandig. Die ofenfrische Weißbierhaxe ist nicht ofenfrisch und deshalb teilweise trocken. Wie der Ober bestätigte wird die Haxe am Vormittag gemacht und bis zum Abend warmgehalten. Da sollte man doch fairerweise das „ofenfrisch“ in der Karte streichen.

Das Lokal hat die perfekte Lage. Super Ausblick auf die Neckarbruecke. Doch was hilft das wenn das Essen nicht passt. Keine Sorge: Auch das war hervorragend und die Servicekraft freundlich und voll auf Zack. Paula ist eine Perle und wird hoffentlich auch so entlohnt…
Nice place, great location... eating is great. But the service is capable of improvement... the services are not always attentive, partly harsh... some more kindness could be put on the day. Otherwise we can recommend the restaurant. We like to come back here.

Mit seinem riesigen Außenbereich am Fluss kann man wohl kaum schöner sitzen. Tolles Bier, das Essen ist OK. Wir waren mit rund 50 Personen anlässlich einer Veranstaltung da. Schneller, freundlicher Service.
