Exercise caution when moving out! The staff here can be quite ruthless. I never caused any issues during my time living there, but upon moving out, I faced an unfair inspection conducted by Samantha. They charged me $350 for a light fixture, carpet cleaning, and a cleaning fee. I had already cleaned the carpet twice before leaving and found no problems with the light fixture. This situation is very disappointing and unacceptable. It's quite frustrating, as I was supposed to receive my deposit back, but the property manager ended up charging me even more. It's truly unbelievable!
