Hermit Of Redcoats

We have just come back from a lovely meal for nine at this pub. We were very impressed by the roast food. All vegetables freshly cooked, very tasty meat and excellent roast potatoes! Spotted Dick and custard went down very well too. The service was...second to none and I could not fault the place. Will be coming here again definitely.

As other reviewers mentioned. Long wait for food. My steak over-cooked but didn't like to complain as was a friends birthday meal. Not enough staff we had to try and catch someone's eye every time we wanted something and it wasn't because it was really...busy. I would like to give it another try as the place itself is lovely.
