The sauce made the untoasted bun soggy, and I was eating it right in the restaurant—not taking it home after 20 minutes. This quality is unacceptable given the price and the expectations for a burger joint compared to fast food places like McDonald's. I'm a regular here, and sometimes they do toast the buns. This isn't just negligence; it feels like sheer laziness from the staff, especially since there was no line before or after me. I’ll need to remind them to do what they should already know next time I visit—if I decide to come back.

These Smashed Burgers were AMAZING, it came with a juicy, caramelized 3oz Smashed Beef Patty, Cheese, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickles on their soft and fluffy Potato Bun, we were feeling fancy, so added crispy Beef Bacon, Fried Egg, and Sauteed Onions, it enhanced the flavour so much! We also upgraded both of the sides from Fries to Crunchy Chicken Strips and Mushroom Poutine, we highly recommend the Chicken Strips, they were crispy, tender, and the Ranch dip was PERFECT for it! Mushroom Poutine had a RICH gravy, a ton of Mushrooms, and Cheese Curds, gosh WHAT A MEAL!

an Amazing experience, the staff , the owner , very welcoming and excellent and beyond exceptional service. The restaurant itself was very neat and clean, and very spacious compared to other locations for big gatherings....the food was top notchcompared to any other burger joints and also compared to other Hero locations. I would definitely recommend everyone to go tothis location for all their Hero burger cravings.
I ordered fries and poutine. The food was hot and delicious! The service was acceptable, though it could have been more friendly. The fries portion was small for the price, and they were sparing with ketchup and napkins, almost as if they were trying to save on them. The tables also needed cleaning. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our experience overall!
Delicious fried chicken! There’s always a great deal on UberEats, like the “buy one, get one free” chicken sandwich or cheeseburger, which I love to take advantage of. I tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it—I even ate the second one right away, lol.
Burger has the texture of a compressed meat paste, not at all juicy or pleasant. Didnt send milkshake but took my money anyway, fries were hard as a rock and stone cold, and to top it off, there was way too much ice in my fountain drink. 0/10 :

Amazing food and customer service. The lady was nice and patient when i took a long time with my order. My friend from oversees tried there poutine for the first time and loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves burgers and poutine.
My favorite burger restaurant! I love their burger with egg – it’s the best combination. I really enjoy Hero Certified Burgers, and this branch is fantastic! Parking is convenient too.
