I think it is a training issue for the staff, not quality of the product. I was disappointed when the server spilled almost all of my hot fudge out of my hot fudge sunday. I should have asked her to pump some in a separate cup to replace it, as the hot fudge is the point! As she continued to wipe the mess off the outside of the cup, she wrongfully (knowingly? assured me there was plenty in the cup. There was none...Message: Be brave and speak up when observing issues to help inexperienced employees and you, the paying customer!
After my initial review, the owner responded claiming that I was not charged $2.50 per scoop for no sugar added ice cream. However, I can confirm that I purchased 3 scoops on 2 separate occasions and was indeed charged $2.50 per scoop. I have electronic receipts on my phone to prove it, and I paid with a debit card. The owner is not present during the day when I go to the shop and seems unaware of what is happening. I would advise against trusting this establishment!
acai bowls are great! however, I’ve tried their bubble tea multiple times and not a fan- too watery. staff is always nice and polite! looking forward to trying other things on the menu.edit: bumped up to 5 stars bc I’ve tried various things here and loved it besides the bubble tea. I’ve been like 7x each time the staff was really kind cordial which is rare in a business honestly.
Just had a ice cream cake made for my Dads birthday party. It was a HIT! Everybody was raving about it and kept asking where it came from . I must say myself it was delicious!! It was ready at the time promised and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. Thank you !! Choc chip and chocolate with crunchies and fudge !

The ice cream at this place is fantastic! I'm not sure what that person was complaining about, as the prices are clearly displayed for each size. I frequently bring my kids here for a treat.
Best ice cream in all of LI with the best employees ever. Great service. 10/10 recommend. Get tacos next door they're cool too.
