Hever - Réservation de table

We were gifted a 2 night break away by my daughter and we chose Hever Hotel from the list of properties we could stay at. Whilst the staff were nice and food was good sadly the bed was awful with lumps and bumps in the spring mattress after a terrible night of hardly any sleep we decided to not stay the 2nd night. My partner said we could ask for different room and that bed could be just as bad so he just wanted to leave and not say anything I said ok but if the staff ask why we are leaving I will have to tell them the truth nothing was mentioned when we settled our bill a day early!! We got married at Hever Hotel on 30th August. We booked in November and from that day the staff were amazing! So helpful, responsive and attentive. They helped us seamlessly plan every detail and were a pleasure to work with. We also got a great package and the team were really accommodating with our requests. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and there wasn’t one complaint from any of my guests about anything. The rooms are spacious and good value for money. Stayed here while we visited Tulleys and Thorpe Park. The rooms are outside in little courtyards which was nice. Lovely big clean room and it was very quiet. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but we did have dinner one evening and it was tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the shower. Very hard to regulate the temperature as it kept going from cold to scorching hot and down to a trickle at one point. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel.

Despite multiple attempts through phone calls and emails, my mother has not received a response regarding her upcoming wedding in September or been provided any information on how to obtain a refund. The hotel claims they have reached out to everyone to discuss their weddings, but based on other reviews, it seems that we are not the only ones who have been left in the dark. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Réservez une table maintenant

Beautiful place well done up for Christmas. Room with four poster bed. Warm and welcoming. Staff amazing and friendly. Marilyn at the restaurant was so lovely. Wish everybody was friendly and welcoming. Rice pudding with fresh berries was tasty. Worth a try.

The Shambala Spa is an incredible experience, with a relaxing massage that was pure bliss. The rooms are decent but a bit outdated. However, the dinner options are superb and definitely worth the money, although most dishes are priced at least £15.

Would not recommend ????. Had to attend a 90 min presentation which was supposed to be of hotel but was basically a time share and a massive con did complain but hotel not bothered don't reply to any of your comments. Disappointed

My niece has been attempting to reach out to the hotel regarding her wedding in October, but has not received a response. It appears that she is not the only one experiencing this issue. The customer service is very poor. Réservez une table maintenant

Staff friendly helpful. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Amazing views attractive outdoor areas.
