The Fountain Inn - Réservation de table

Had Sunday lunch at The Fountain today with my family (2 adults, 2 children). Absolutely brilliant meal and a lovely, buzzing pub as they should be on a Sunday afternoon. So refreshing to have a new team in there bringing a special place back to life. The roasts were excellent best roast I'e had in a pub in a long time actually (I had beef, husband had chicken). Kids meals were a breakaway from the usual: still had chips but proper chips, not just frozen fries and some kind of nasty looking/tasting protein option. Proper battered fish for my daughter and proper burger for my son but both in small size and not over facing. Really good. Couldn't be happier that this pub seems to be finding it'...

The pub has recently been refurbished and had a new chef join and I must say it has exceeded expectations upon a recent visit for dinner. Very high quality delicious food in a charming, buzzy village pub environment. The interior is also looking much fresher after the recent work.

I arrived at this pub at noon on Friday March 24th with two friends, all on bicycles. Unfortunately despite the blackboard outside saying the pub opens at 12 there was no sign of life. Three vehicles visited, their occupants hoping like us to go in the pub. So no review this time.

We were staying locally in Edenbridge and walked down to The Fountain for lunch. As we walked in we saw others being served the pie and mash so I had to get one, it was really good. A few stouts later we were on our walk back home. A lovely pub in a lovely area Réservez une table maintenant

This is a lovely pub, quaint and secluded location. However the limited selection of drinks and poor quality of food let's it down. The bar staff are friendly and the interior and garden is above average for a pub of this location.

We had the most amazing Sunday lunch. The food was superb! I can recommend the home made pie; I've never had a pie so packed full with delicious filling. Really good service too. We'll be back soon.

Food was amazing, portions were huge. Very reasonable price for the service we received and quality of food. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely local pub under new management. Homely bar area, and a modern conservatory extension with good beers, and a full food menu Réservez une table maintenant
