Hiatus Brewing Company

Fairly new, but very good brewery in Ocala! They have lots to offer, including some food offerings, but we only sampled their beers. The recently-tapped New Hop Order is one of the tastiest IPAs that I have had lately, and everything else was well executed as well. Mostly indoor seating (place looks brand new despite opening in 2019), but there are a couple of tables out front. Great staff too!

I really like this place. Tyler is really fun to be around and serves those beers up fresh cold and quick. Great beer too! Everyone that works here has been friendly and welcoming. Thanks for having me and I’ll be back. Cheers.

Perfect go to spot small and cozy... Staff is very friendly, prices are good and I had the chicken buffalo flatbread, which I have been craving to have again, but I live an hour and a half away.
