Hibachi Express

This was my favorite place for hibachi when I found out about it. I started getting the double steak and large rice combo but I noticed I was being charged an extra $4.99 for the steak instead of a combo price. The rice would not always be cookedthoroughly and sometimes I would have chunks of white rice in my plate. I never complained just picked it out. But recently Ireceived a plate with raw meat. I called it in an was never made aware that they do all the steak medium-well because my steakswould always be well done. All I got was an apology and asked if I wanted a remake since they don't do refunds. I refusedbecause why would I want something again that now has my stomach turning. I will never return. SMH I have photos but my laptopwill not let me upload them for some unsupported reason.

Excellent experience as always. I order from here about once a week and the food is always delicious! The cashier is friendly and helpful.

Good, cheap, made to order takeout. I go once a week or 2. Healthy, simple ingredients. Decent portion.

The service here is terrible. I paid Almost 30 dollars for mainly rice.

Lunch special was good. Filling for under $10. Shrimp rice and veggies.
