No parking lot lighting available, which looks pretty unsafe! Especially during these times. Why don't y'all have lights??? Not even a staff member outside with a flashlight ???? or a cellphone light? ANYTHING??? Parking lot looking like the whole place isclosed, until you see cars in the drive-thru. Anybody can post up and rob you in those types of situations, especially if you'rethe only car there. IJS... So ordered my food through the drive thru. The cashier seemed nice just busy. I get my food and go. I open up the bag and not only does the sauce look like it was torn open half of the my chicken nuggets looked like someone took a bite but spit it out. Second to worst experience I've had with Wendy's. Just gross. Let's just say that will be the last time I go there.
The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because this place was clean and the workers seemed nice enough. With that being said I ordered the Asiago Chicken Club and was served raw chicken! I honestly couldn't believe it because this is the 1st and what I am hoping will be the last time this has ever happened.
came here to breakfast back in July and had a wonderful experience especially after my last Wendy experience on the north side. Customer service was quick and friendly; she made a small mistake and quickly fixes it exactly. The food was fresh and delicious, so I had to share my thanks to the store and the staff.

Staff was nice and restuarant was clean but it took a while ti get the food. Only one customer was there when we got there and one other came inside behind us and nobody was in drive through although 4 or 5 came through before we left.
Not bad for Wendys. The food was accurate and a good temperature. The cash register was nice and patient, but we had to move forward and wait for our food. It was strange that they asked us to move forward, even nobody was behind us.
The chicken sandwich was good, but the nuggets we ordered were underdonated. The outside was boiled, but the inside was raw dough. The dogs enjoyed them, but was not suitable for a person.
Interesting tidbit about this restaurant: they took legal action against a small family-run establishment in Kannapolis, NC, because it included the word "varsity" in its name.

The Varsity exceeded my expectations! It was my first visit to Atlanta and my first time dining at The Varsity, and I loved it.
