Hibachi's was great, but parking was very expensive it not even downtown. We had a reservation for 16 and was seated upon arrival. The food was good, but our chef was just a bit sloppy when cooking and plating the food. The drinks were much better when ordered directly from the bar as opposed to at our table. The table drinks seem to be made with the bottom self brands bit at the bar they used better quality. Overall, it was a great day. Idea for large parties and special occasions. My biggest complaint was having to pay $30 for parking. Hibachi does not validate or provide any kind of discount for parking, which I think is crazy. $30 you could get a whole meal! It hasn't always been $30 to...

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff and team made us feel welcome. Jordan and Gianni, our servers, were absolutely amazing. Their attentive service, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu really enhanced our dining experience. They struck the perfect balance between ensuring we had everything we needed and giving us space to enjoy our meal. The food, expertly prepared by Chef Frank, was simply awesome. Every dish we ordered was not only presented beautifully but also bursting with flavor. Chef Frank's passion for his craft truly shines through in the cuisine he creates. Overall, our experience was outstanding. The combination of exceptional service and delicious food makes i...

This was the worst hibachi restaurant I have ever visited. I definitely do not recommend ordering sushi, as it was old and had a slimy texture on the fish. I placed my order for drinks, appetizers, and entrées all at once, but the chef managed to cook the fried rice before our drinks even arrived. The appetizer rolls and sashimi were served only after the chef had finished cooking. On a positive note, the manager was considerate and removed the $50 charge for the sushi appetizers. Additionally, the restaurant automatically adds an 18% gratuity, regardless of the size of the party; we were a group of four. I really wish I had read the reviews before leaving the hotel.

As for the food, it was just average and really didn’t meet the expectations for a traditional hibachi experience. The teppanyaki performance, which is usually a highlight at these types of restaurants, felt lackluster and didn’t offer the entertaining show that is often promised. Overall, this hibachi restaurant could greatly benefit from a significant refresh. Updating the decor and revamping the menu and cooking style could greatly enhance the dining experience and align it more closely with the restaurant's reputation. For now, it falls short of providing the exciting and flavorful hibachi experience that many diners anticipate. Réservez une table maintenant

Staff was friendly, food was OK, the chef was short but sweet. The atmosphere was alright. Prices didn't reflect the service. It was my kids first time at a Hibachi and they were entertained just disappointed in the food. Too salty and way too much teriyaki. Parking: Parking is outrageous! $30 for an hour and a half is insane.

Food was ok but the place seems a little runned down. Not sure if the air was on or not but it was also extremely hot. The temp was hot even when no chefs were cooking. I recommend coming here only if you are stopping by Dave and buster as well. Because 30 bucks for parking is ridiculous.

Parking: Expensive! $30flat fee with $10 off if going to Dave Busters. They ought not charge $30 but $20. The children with me didn’t want to go upstairs to Dave and Busters after eating but Urban Air in Springfield . Kid-friendliness: Great! Reduced price menu on Sundays until 3:45.
