Stumbled across this place and picked my head in out of curiosity. Was greeted by a delightful lady who talked me through the ethos and menu. Had a scrummy protein shake with Cordyceps, (hopefully it improves muscle performance as claimed rather than turning me into a zombie Would happily return, the toastie menu looked fab
Absolutely love Higher Ground! Beautiful wellness led café with treatment rooms upstairs, plus the best protein shakes, teas, smoothies and food all made with amazing products, ingredients and a lot of love. The owner and team are incredible. Everyone in Brighton needs to go!
