Hikari Sushi - Réserver une table

Well this is my first time eating here so everything I say is preliminary.Taste we had tempura shrimp, edamame, gangsta roll and a spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. The tempura shrimp had great flavor and I liked the panko that was on it but the sauce not so much. The edamame was hot and I liked the rock salt on top, just wish it was mixed in a bowl while evenly seasoning it with the salt before plating. The gangsta roll was decent but the sauces were confusing the flavor and it tasted like a rice candy with a touch of crab flavor at the end. I loved the fact that the chicken was actually grilled, you can taste the fire char and the rice was good too. The veggies on top of the bowl were perfectly...

This place is either hit or miss. When the food is good its GOOD. Then there are days when I question, what happened today? Inside can be pretty busy. Sometimes the waiters are attentive and some days... well refer to my first impression. Sitting outside is a little uncomfortable on the chairs they have out there, and with the trash cans out there ? but if you're not too close to the trash cans the heating lamps are a nice touch. I prefer inside.On their good days, love the baked salmon rolls, MTC rolls, and the off menu tempura fried philly rolls. I'm not a big raw fish person. Tempura shrimp and veggies are yum!
