I ordered from the Sergeant Road location on three different days: December 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Unfortunately, on each day, I did not receive what I had paid for. There was no coleslaw, no bread, no tartar sauce, and no hot sauce. I specifically requested mumbo sauce for the chicken wings, and I didn't even get ketchup for the fries. As a senior citizen who is bedridden, I rely on Uber Eats for my meals. However, I was informed that sometimes merchants forget items. But three days in a row? This is unacceptable. You really need to improve your service.
