I usually have lunch here with my colleagues. We are all quite picky when it comes to Japanese restaurants, and we all agree that Hiro Japanese is a real gem.You'll find an authentic spectrum of the Japanese cuisine, beyond the standard sushi / sashimi dishes. From takoyaki (octopus dumplings) to seaweed salad, you can't get more authentic than this. Also the quality of the dishes has been extremely consistent over time. The bottom line is: Hiro offers the same food that I used to find in high class Japanese restaurants in Milan (where I used to live) at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.
Cozy restaurant with delicious quality food we dined here once and enjoyed our chicken katsu bento, fried octopus, and the fantastic Kinako ice cream with mochi we're happy to have found such a nice place in our neighbourhood and we're going to be regulars
Been returning to Hiro's 4 times since i first was introduced to the place in May. Small set up but every bit authentic. Really good tempura prawn icon and the ramen is also really good. Finish off the meal with their kinako mochi dessert. Worth every bit.

Amazing cheap and so so tasty. The wagu beef is amazing. Such a cute hidden away place it's such a gem. Great find will be back soon.
Love it!! Just like in Tokyo food Everyone should try it! Black cod miso is nice to dine in. Very friendly I will be back again
