The complimentary tea in the waiting area is a nice touch, but it was empty during my visit. It might be better to eliminate it altogether, as trying to fill a cup from an empty thermos in a crowded space was awkward. I wasn't sure what to do with my empty cup afterward, so I just returned it to the stack; I know it's not sanitary, but I didn’t want to hold onto it indefinitely.
Clear signage would definitely help in this area. Once we were seated, however, the food and service met my expectations, though the experience wasn't quite as enjoyable as during my last visit. I might consider takeout next time, as there's no service charge and no uncomfortable waiting involved.

The mini salmon bowl and salad combo is a perfect match, but you can also skip the combo and opt for extra chashu with thick noodles—I promise you’ll thank me later! The indoor dining area has reopened, and it was wonderful to see it bustling with happy customers enjoying their meals. I ordered online, and my food was ready right on time. There’s ample parking available since the restaurant is located in a lighter industrial area instead of a busy retail district.

I truly adore the ambiance of this restaurant! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our waiter was very attentive, providing fantastic recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice. I had the Tonkotsu Black, which was quite tasty. Although I typically lean towards spicier ramen, this dish had a delightful garlic flavor. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavor! I absolutely love this place and can't wait to come back!

Just walked in 5 min ago and said they were closed. The business closing time posted is 8:45. When we walked in a young lady said, sorry we are closed but you can order to go. When we get to counter, they say sorry we are closed. I told her the other young lady just said I could order. It 's very frustrating to go to businesses were the employees are ready to close and not take orders when they are still open according to their business hours.
My favorite restaurant! The veggie ramen is not only fantastic, but the portion size is generous as well! As someone who values healthy eating, this dish is the main reason I keep returning. The staff are exceptionally patient and always have a smile on their faces. Although the space is small, it is visually appealing. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Food is decent for being one of the few Ramen places in the area. (Done Take Out and Dine In) But the fact that you can't place an order over the phone is ridiculous. Definitely losing out on business.
