The evening started off well, my wife and I had starters from the snacks menu, very tasty and good portion size. Washed down with a pint of Badger’s Tanglefoot beer. We had the tenderloin pork mains, I had four pieces of meat whilst my wife had two, to be fair it was tasty but not worth the price tag. Food served lukewarm. Whilst eating our starters a server offered other customers options available on the specials and variations on the normal menu. As this establishment is in a village it appears that the other customers were local familiar with how this business works. We cut our losses without having a sweet course.
