This small food truck offers an incredible burst of flavor in every dish. The fish is exceptional, and the barbecue is excellent. My son really enjoyed the chicken strips! The baked beans are also tasty. The mac and cheese is good, but just your typical mac and cheese. The brownie, however, was amazing! Without a doubt, it's the best food in St. George!
I ordered two chopped pork sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious—very tender and juicy. I inquired about the ribs, and the staff generously let me try two of them. They were meaty, well-seasoned, moist, and tender as well. I highly recommend giving this place a try; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
This is undoubtedly the best BBQ around. They smoke their meat to perfection, and the prices are very reasonable. The owners are professional and courteous, and the restaurant is clean. It's my favorite spot for Thanksgiving turkey and ham. I absolutely love the brisket!

"The halibut was fresh, in-season and the light batter was to die for! The restaurant had spectacular views, airy and flooded with sunlight. My sister had the bison burgers and thought they were very tasty...not dry for being so lean."
