Went in for lunch Tuesday 14th June. Plenty of parking. We arrived at about 12.30 so wasn’t that busy. But it did seem to get quite a few other diners in quickly after that. We were allowed to choose our own table, plenty of options on where to sit. Once seated our drinks order was quickly taken and served. A pint of Estrella lager, £5.50, and a pint of Hobgoblin Gold, £4.15. We decided to go for the lunchtime menu. 2 course at £12.50 and the 3 course at £15.00. Bruschetta and Breaded garlic mushrooms to start. Ham, double egg and chips and Cajun Chicken for mains and one desert, Apple and Caramel Tart. Don’t be put off by the picture of the fried eggs. I loved it! friendly staff and good food! I was made by a beautiful herrn called michael, who made our experience even more pleasant. there was a nice little one for the children who were great and the children entertained for the old.

We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon, plenty of tables available and we were seated and served very quickly. The service was brilliant and the waiting staff very polite. Dog friendly and delicious food. We will definitely be back.

Called in for Sunday lunch and was not dissapointed. Roast dinner was great with lashings of gravy. Plenty of meat, in fact we have taken some home for tomorrow's lunch. Landlord and staff very friendly. We will call again.

a pleasantly good experience. quickly sitting. waitress very nice eating and drinks without table ordered. very good service, eating was served quickly and very tasty. worth a visit. many thanks for a so good service
