Hoi An - Réservation de table

Their food is very good, but the service is just too slow! It would not be fair to put Poor for the service (hence I put very good) as the waiters are extremely nice and do what they can, but they are seriously understaffed unfortunately. We have been there often, several times people left because the service was so slow. Once we waited 1 for 45 minutes to just get something to drink and 2 1/2 hour to eat!

The restaurant looked good. But when we arrived it seemed short of staff. We waited 1 hour to get a menu and another hour to get the food which was ok but not so palatable. Water was served on chipped juga and glasses, which was pointed out but ignored. They invited us back for dinner, and we thouht this was a kind gesture but never a possibility....

An endless wait of over ONE HOUR for us to come take our order. We had reservations for 15 people, okay but no one came to ask us to take our orders. Anyway, after 1h45 we received our dishes. 5 people ordered a BBQ...the Grill was tiny and we only had tongs... At the end of the meal, no apology, no commercial gesture... nothing. Disappointing !!

This restaurant is a disaster! Do not go ! I relied on a pretty video on Instagram… Nothing to see! Bad starters, main course with cold noodles, dried duck and cold, DIY wrap pancakes presented in their plastic packaging. Nothing to rinse your fingers with. Don't set foot there! Réservez une table maintenant

Pho particularly good, very tasty! Not being a big fan of meat, this one is tender and very pleasant in the mouth. Warm welcome, immersive and pleasant decor. I recommend this restaurant

The dishes were good, however the waitress was yelled at in front of us in an unacceptable manner. It was humiliating for her and embarrassing for me.

By far the best Asian restaurant. The only one in my eyes that reminds me of Vietnam Super friendly team and beautiful view
