We were really excited to try the visually stunning desserts at Hollywood Cone, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The ice cream creations were just okay in taste. First, the prices listed on the website do not match the menu prices. It would be better to either remove the prices from the website or update them alongside the menu to avoid confusion. We placed our order and waited 33 minutes to receive part of it, despite there being only about 10 other customers, most of whom were also waiting. I went in excited probably more than my son was .. we ordered some super cook shakes with cake n donuts on it to only be disappointed. It was TOOOOO sweet. The cakes were NOT fresh nor was there much chocolate or strawberries on mine. Also.. my biggest disappointment was the donuts. It was our main reason for going. It featured a bacon cheeseburger with root beer sauce served on a glazed donut—the sweet and savory mix was incredible. Highly recommend it! The Cujo Hot Dawg was a beef hotdog loaded with bacon, jalapeños, cheese, onions, nacho chips, sour cream, and sriracha. It was a little dry, but we loved the bold, flavorful toppings! Absolutely wild that they charge you a fee PER ITEM for dining in. It was never mentioned that I would be charged a fee or I would’ve just ordered take out because that’s ridiculous. They also only ever have 1 or 2 staff members working at a time so it takes forever to get your order. The place is always messy with tables not cleaned up because they don’t have enough staff and need to attend to the customers at other tables. Don’t expect to get quick service here but do expect to pay a fee for every item you order if you’re eating in.
We came very first time to place.. Ice cream was good bu the girl who taking our order was litterlly very rude...she litterlly throwing our order on table and showing some rude reactions just we have small children and doing little bit noise...They really need training of customer service
The treats here are truly delicious, making it a perfect spot to enjoy and share a dessert. Our waitress mentioned she was new, but she did an outstanding job—polite, attentive, and providing excellent customer service. We will definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant
