When I asked a simple question about the menu, the staff member—specifically a woman at the counter—responded with such rudeness and condescension that I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I ordered from them for the first time, and I was really impressed! The turkey sandwich was generously filled with a good amount of meat, and the bread was soft while the veggies tasted fresh. The brownie was fantastic too! I pride myself on making delicious brownies at home, and I can be a bit of a connoisseur about them, but this one really hit the spot! My only piece of constructive criticism is that they could improve their packaging. The sandwich was simply wrapped in paper, with no foil or plastic to keep it together, which caused it to nearly fall apart when I took it out of the bag. I frequently order from here, or from the location in Queens, and it's always fantastic! I'm absolutely in love with their Impossible Burger—it's incredibly delicious! I've tasted plenty of Impossible Burgers, but Holy Cow is my favorite by far. My friend raves about their hot dogs, chicken tenders, chopped cheese, and sliders. I'm really looking forward to trying the Impossible Chopped Cheese next. This is definitely my top choice for DoorDash orders!
It seems that customer service is not a priority for this restaurant. I placed an order with regular cheese, but since I'm allergic to dairy, I asked if they could remake it with vegan cheese. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate my request. I won’t be returning, and I will be requesting a refund through my credit card. I also suggest that they clearly indicate their cheese options, especially since they offer meatless dishes.

We ordered Holy Cow burger and Tasty Holy Chicken Burger... sadly both were way overcooked and had the burnt and smokey taste/smell. We were looking forward to the burgers, as we just landed from a long flight and decided to have Halal burgers on our way home! Quality has definitely gone down since my last visit.Service was friendly and the place was not busy at all.
I got the vegan pistachio ice cream and impossible Burger with vegan cheese. they were both delicious but they did forget my tomatoes also I wrote no sauce but they gave me two packets of ketchup anyway. I guess it was to be nice but I have like 30 packets of ketchup I'm never going to use cuz I can't stand the stuff. I'll write a note next time
“Holy Dog” from Holy Cow is full of flavor with a variety of toppings such as mustard, onion, relish, peri peri sauce, etc. $3.50 for a single and $6.50 for a double. It was well cooked and gets a 9/10! Definitely worth a try!Follow our insta: @nyc.halal for more halal food reviews!!
I ordered the classic burger along with a small side of fries. The burger was fantastic—well-seasoned and full of flavor. The fries were also delicious and served in generous portions. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

The food at this restaurant is overpriced for what you get. I definitely wouldn't recommend visiting unless you're okay with spending $13 on a small burger. I also once received a burnt bun.
I gotta say, I've been a vegetarian for almost 20 years and NOTHING gets me like that IMPOSSIBLE CHOPPED CHEESE . it's absolutely phenomenal
