The setting is very simple. Nothing to really attract you. So, at least you should expect this to be covered by good service since they only serve burgers....Being the French part of Switzerland unfortunately I have experienced nothing but arrogance and rudeness. Their website is also in English so one would have thought that they would welcome English speaking guests, visitors, tourists etc. When I approached the counter to order and I asked the lady if she speaks English and replied 'no '. No smile nothing. She did not even volunteer to ask for someone to help me. Then I asked her (in English I know most of the time they understand but they do not want to speak) Can you call someone who do...

If you lie to Holy Cow, it doesn't look so much. There is a small parking lot and some tables outside. Inside is open and a minimalist interior. On the counter we were great by the nicest man we met on our trip to Switzerland! He had a nice kind of humor and took our orders with a smile. We waited 10 minutes for a meal (5 people). The burgers were really good and the pommes were fantastic! The burgers are not typical McDonnald's and the frits are big and clobular. It was so great that we decided to return the night after that. Nice place if you are looking for a serious burger and a few nice fries!

The place also feels cold on Saturday night. In winter, it is indeed cold for half the restaurant has the large entrance helps to enter the cold air. On the good side, the fries are real fries, not the thin, empty that you get in regular fast foods. The meat is also of much better quality. However, I was a bit underwhelmed by the taste of the sauce of Mexicana Burger I tried. I wish a much more seasoned taste. The rolls are also softened in sauce and the hamburger falls appart, making it difficult to eat. I'd rather eat a burger with a crust and straw bread.

My first experience there. The guy taking the orders, although helpful, does not speak French well and could refine his manners. The wooden tables are sticky, the athmosphere is generally cold. The hamburgers look of course healthier than those of his main US competitor but are also more expensives. Menus come with fat fries... I just took the hamburger and a drink (nice selection of drinks). The food is brought to the table which is good in low affluence. I am more demanding for atmosphere and despite the better hamburgers I will not become a fan.
