I read about this restaurant online and loved the story about how it came to be. Several months later, I finally decided to visit. We should have come sooner!!! The space is charming and quaint, and the food was absolutely delicious! My son had the Full Monty and I enjoyed the Cinderella. Between bites my son said to me, 'Mmm ... this was definitely worth it! ' It surely was! The berry compote on my waffle was so fresh ... my waffle was so tender ... the sausage had the perfect blend of savory and heat ... Everything was delicious. And did I mention the coffee!?!! Best tasting coffee I 've ever had! Thank you, Home Maid, for a wonderful dining experience! We will be back and soon.
Utterly amazing! Is there anything I can say wrong about this place? Nothing. The food 5 star. Atmosphere 5 star. Ambiance 5 star. And staff 5 star. They make you feel like family here, I mean literally your 'home away from home ' I loved it, and will gladly return over and over again for my favorite dishes and not to mention the best grits in Baltimore hands down. Oh yea I 'll have a few of their refreshing cocktails while I 'm there too ; All around great vibe and a must try if your ever in the area
This was the best breakfast I've ever had! I had the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon. I would recommend this place to everyone! The portions are just right and the service was very pleasant. I will be back next weekend and the weekend after that! If breakfast is that awesome I could only imagine what it would be like if they were open for dinner! This is homemade cooking the way it was meant to be! Loved it! The whole experience was amazing!
