I walked in one of the ladies looked at me like I didn't belong there for a moment then put on this smile. The Lady who took my card was nice however, I handed her my card in her hand she returned my card on the table (not in my hand) didn't even bother asking nor giving me my receipt. I'm someone who has been in Customer Service my whole Life I feel disrespected. So to sum it up, I don't care if the food is good, there were undertones was very poor Customer Service at this establishment. I'm good have no problem taking my money elsewhere. Their jalapeño Cheddar bagel is gross. I've had better
First off: HD DD The only item on the menu I can speak for their breakfast sandwiches (which are served all day!! . I'll get around to trying their other items and donuts eventually. This particular location stands out in my mind for their service/hospitality. I thought I was just grabbing a bite to eat but each time I've come, the employees have all been awesome in subtle ways. In my book that says and means a lot.
This restaurant has consistently impressed me. After just a few morning visits, the staff remembers my order and makes me feel valued, not just like another customer. Recently, they've truly gone the extra mile to stay open, provide excellent service, and ensure everyone’s safety. Their outstanding service and high-quality food set them apart from other coffee shops.
Great coffee, a wide variety of pastries, especially cinnamon sticks for those who are watching their weight, cinnamon-topped coffee rolls roughly the size of an Olympic discus for those who aren't, and always super friendly wait staff who actually look you in the eye as they smile to greet you... a real small-town, family atmosphere!

I ordered a sandwich, and Devin, a remarkably efficient employee, prepared it for me quickly. He was very nice and assisted me with everything I needed. I believe he deserves a raise for his outstanding work ethic. He was polite and managed to help numerous customers in a short amount of time.
Fantastic donuts! Forget about the other spot; these are the real deal. We especially love the vanilla cream variety. We affectionately refer to them as "fats" because they're so generously filled with cream—definitely twice what you get at the other place!
Your coffee is incredible! The coffee rolls here are the largest I've ever seen. My father and I have been coming every morning since I was a child, and it has always been a wonderful experience.
Great donuts. Beats that other place, hands down. We like the vanilla cream. We call the fatties as they are so stuffed with cream they way twice as much as that other place.

Not many of these left do to big box type competition. Better doughnuts and I personally like to support the underdog.
