I've had a disappointing experience at this Honey Dew Donuts location two days in a row. The first day, they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel instead of the plain sesame bagel I ordered, toasted lightly with cream cheese on the side. Today, they burned my bagel and barely spread any cream cheese on it. How does that even happen? Also, I find it strange that their bagels cost $3 to $4, while I can get them for just $2.75 in Plainville. I won’t be returning, especially since there are two great bagel shops in Norwood. Just my two cents.
This restaurant really only deserves one star, but I have to mention their kids... I wanted to try their sandwiches since I'm a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts. However, when I arrived at 5:45 PM, I was informed that they don't serve sandwiches. I know the machine wasn't broken because I had just stepped inside a minute earlier to grab a drink from the convenience store side and saw them preparing several sandwiches. That left me really hungry, so I went through the drive-thru, and I was seriously craving one! It’s so frustrating!

Everyone should visit the Coffee Shop to experience its incredibly friendly staff! I just stopped by for some coffee and gas, and I have to say, the employees are fantastic. The young men who pumped my gas were in high school or just a bit older, and they were some of the kindest and most polite individuals I've ever met! Honey Dew does an excellent job of hiring amazing people, which keeps customers satisfied and coming back for more.
2 days in a row you've messed up a simple Sesame seed bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. 1st day you have me a cinnamon raisin bagel., today you burnt my bagel and put cream cheese on the bagel but like one drop of cream cheese how? and how are you bagels 3 to 4 dollars or something and in Plainville 2.75.. wont go to this honey dew anymore especially when there is two really great bagel shops here in Norwood. K rant over.
Everybody should experience the friendliest staff in the coffee shop! I only go to get a coffee and gas. I?m sure the store staff is great as well. The guys that have pumped my gas have been all high school age and a bit older than that and they are the friendliest and most polite men I?ve met! Honey Dew does a great job at hiring great people and that?s what keeps their customers happy and coming back for service ?. Thank you!
Was in and out, it's usually some young'ins behind the counter but they are well trained and friendly. It's a lot more welcoming and inviting than the other big brand competition... the staff here almost always blow's the doors off of the staff at the main coffee joint in N.E. The coffee is just as good and the sandwiches are even better, you just don't get the variety.

I always enjoy stopping by Honey Dew Donuts! You have the option to drive through or dine inside. The coffee is excellent, and my family has grown fond of the Dew Drops. A quick note for vegetarians: the donuts contain milk.
The donuts were decent, but the barbecue fell short of my expectations.
