Hong Kong Fusion - Réservation de table

Ordered from here off deliveroo because the place recommended to us wasn't taking delivery orders. Ordered chaa siu buns, spicy pork, sweet and sour pork, egg fried rice and prawn crackers. Food was okay, not the best Chinese food I've had, sweet and sour didn't have a very strong taste and was too vinegary, egg fried rice had very little egg and didn't appear to have been fried at all, was definitely under-seasoned and not the well-seasoned soy sauce fried rice we're used to. Chaa siu buns weren't very fluffy but I put that down to them being delivered and served from a plastic box rather than the usual bamboo steamer. This is one of those restaurants it’s too easy to walk past….but have a look at those inside and you’ll see that it’s clearly very popular with those who understand the nature of authenticity when it comes to great food. Service is impeccable. The mixed dim sum were amazingly fresh. We’d recommend the triple roast as a main. Rice and noodle portions are huge! For an amazing dessert, have a couple of egg tarts. So light and amazingly flavoured. Gets 5 out of 5 from us

Ordered a takeaway for the family. Egg fried rice was hard and undercooked and in my opinion had never seen a wok or been fried. Seemed microwaved. We also ordered fried dumplings and where priced at nearly £8 for 6!!!!. Really **** the kind of thing you would buy in bulk from costco. No way worth the money, rip off. My partner had a noodles dish which was OK but again nothing great. Definitely better options available in Cambridge don't bother here

Paid £20 for half a crispy duck on Deliveroo and it was mostly fat and skin. Absolutely not a breast or even a full leg in there although bones were supplied! Noodles and rice dish were OK but won’t use this restaurant again. Once upon a time the food here was great such a disappointment. Réservez une table maintenant

One of the best Chinese meals we have had. We oth had the seafood crispy noodles which was delicious and generous portion. Managed it with chopsticks. Restaurant full of Chinese people so good recommendation. Took our own wine, quite a pricey charge.

Delicious food and very good service, good portions, amazing view of St John’s Chapel while we ate! The dim sum were fresh and really good, we had a mix of main courses and noodles and all were excellent. Will definitely return!

Tiny portion of food. We ordered noodles for each person and 5 dishes to share between 5 people, it was nowhere near enough.
