absolute secret tip in sb: a small but still very family and friendly Asian restaurant in the interior with great price performance ratio, which works exclusively with fresh ingredients (e.g. the vegetable broth itself is produced). especially the vegan suya dishes (my personal favorit: suya szechuan) as well as the vegan earlylings roll are a hit! Easy to overlook this one as it's kind of hidden at the side of a parking garage. The interior is nice, the staff is friendly and they have lots of vegan options. The seitan is delicious, the vegetables are crunchy (not overcooked) and the portions are big. If you ask them to make your dish extra hot, they will do so and there's no kidding about it! Prepare for a nice burn!

I've eaten four times at hongkong and I've always really liked it. there are numerous vegan options to choose from and the staff is very friendly. as they would expect in a fast food restaurant, they will eat them very quickly, even with a group. prices are low. just a little shame that they don't have any reservations for groups. updated from previous review to 2017-12-21

The Hongkong Imbiss is a small fast food Restaurant in the City. The interior is not very nice, but the service is good. I had the Su-Ya (fake Duck) Kanton, witch was very tasty. The price was quite cheap. Réservez une table maintenant

I was there twice last week during my holidays in Saarbrücken. A lot of vegan options ... with Su-Ya (fake duck) and tofu. Felt in love with the Su-Ya-Dishes. Soo yummy.
