Hooked Restaurant & Bar

Unfortunately, the restaurant was very cold when we arrived at 5:30 for a pre-theatre meal, and we never quite warmed up, which really detracted from the overall experience. The service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Friday evening, so understandable. We felt somewhat rushed as if we were on a conveyor belt. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Thank you.

Some years back before visiting the theatre we had a delicious mackerel dish here, and were looking forward to a fish and chips lunch. Sadly disappointing, dry fish, dry chips, even dry 'crushed ' peas. Perhaps if we 'd chosen a different dish, but if they can 't do proper fish and chips......... Staff didn 't engage with the customers. Cannot recommend.

Because there were three of us in our group, we were unable to try the Christmas menu at this restaurant. However, we were pleased with our choices from the regular menu. The food and service were both excellent, and we especially appreciated the discount for military members. Réservez une table maintenant

The dining experience was pleasant and affordable. The tapas starters were excellent and offered great value for the quality. I am looking forward to visiting again. The staff were all very kind as well.
