Hoops Brewing Company

We discovered Hoops Brewing Company's tap room in a beautiful and charming old warehouse by the Duluth Harbor Basin during our winter birding trip. The place features an extensive selection of craft beers, including ales, lagers, and stouts. We experienced excellent service and appreciated the option to grab a menu and find a seat while our server came to us, rather than waiting at the bar. They also encourage guests to bring in their own food or enjoy their delicious pretzels with beer cheese dipping sauce. This family-friendly venue is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind.

I love hoops! I was really debating between giving 4 or 5 stars. The location is great the staff are always so friendly! The beers are very good- not AMAZING and there are no snacks. I think they have pretzels now they were decent. One nice thing is that you can order in food from the million restaurants around duluth. The atmosphere is nice I like that they have a cocktail bar for people that do not like beer. There are also tons of games!

I sat down but received no service. After 5 to 10 minutes, I went up to the bar and finally got a staff member to give me a pad to place my flight order. I filled it out, but no one returned to complete my flight. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided to leave. The building itself is nice, though.

I'm not too much for the sports bar vibe but this place was great. A big variety of beers that were spot on. Big variety....., and you can bring in outside food. Thumbs up!
