the service is terrible. the server are not friendly at all and very rude. her washroom is in an unpleasant place and I couldn't find it. When I asked a second time, the girl repeated the exact same vagen instructions in the grunde, only in a firmer annoying ton? came with some friends before a leaf game here. the tables were quickly filled out as it is quite the popular spot pre- and post games, but we had lucky to sneak a few seats along the bar. carly, the bar manager, was quick to welcome us and let the drinks flow immediately. she was kind and helped us to be pumped for the game. the drinks were cold, eating was hot. we share the chicken quesadilla and thai chicken bites would suggest! I would recommend hoops for anyone who wants a fun time before a game!
This sports pub is fantastic. I visited for the first time last summer before a Blue Jays game and have returned many times since. While I haven't tried the food at Hoops yet, I keep coming back because of the great selection of beers, numerous TVs, and spacious bar. They have over 100 TVs, including 4 in the men's restroom! Behind the bar, they have a 3x3 TV setup that becomes one large screen for big games. Whether you go before, after, or during a game, you won't be disappointed at Hoops. Réservez une table maintenant
I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich and found it to be delicious. I chose ranch dressing over blue cheese, but that's just my personal preference. Despite the busy crowd, there was no wait for a table. The only downside was the unfriendly demeanor of the waitress, as her expression seemed unfriendly throughout the meal.
I had an absolutely great experience at Hoops. The staff make you feel really welcome and are very attentive. The bartender Carly, was on point, friendly and so quick with service. This is definitely a place you want to go to for any sports event- there are tvs everywhere and the environment is awesome!
The place seemed dead on a Friday night. We used it to our advantage and played songs on jukebox but the cocktails didn't have alcohol in them. The service seemed fine but had to walk to the counter to place order for food or drinks. Could have been better. The only saving grace was jukebox.

great staff! carly served us, she was great and had a great personality. she treated stress well and didn't rush us out. everyone is so welcoming and friendly. such a passionate group. one of the best experiences I had in toronto when I visited new york was at hoops!
