Hooters - Réservation de table

Went to the Hooters Sugarland Location for a Fantasy Football Draft, talked to Hostess to try to come managers to talk about the fantasy football draft kit advertised on the Hooters website. Manager wouldn't talk to us, tried to get waitress to get her and would still not talk to us. The places were not packed, but we had the worst experience with service, our party couldn't get a waitress to bring food or drinks without 15 minutes, every time she finally came to our table. This place has the worst service. The hostess was rude, sat us at a table with no menus or silverware. Our server did not know anything. I had to go ask for menus and the hostess looked dumbfounded. Our server brought the kids drinks but took 20 minutes to bring our drinks. She brought out one order 20 minutes before bringing the rest of the food, so one child had food and no one else did. She was basically finished before everyone else had food. I went to ask the hostess for silverware and she was so busy on her phone she didn't acknowledge me. We had a hoot here, as you can imagine. Barbi used to work at Hooters (not this one), but it's not where I met her, and she makes a hell of a lot more now than she ever did there. Generally speaking I will give Hooters a four or five star depending on weather you're talking about stunningly beautiful girls or pretty damn good wings. However this particular location does have a few issues to put it mildly, and while I do think that some of the girls are amazing and friendly, I also think that the food isn't as good as it should be, wings don't come out hot, are pricy as usual but maybe taste microwaved or something, and the service maybe isn't as good as it should be oftentimes, and that's th...

this position is very dated, and it is located in a counter that is busy, but awkward. the waiters are nice, some are somehow lost, but oh good. eating is okay, not impressive. this time I gave it a try again, and it was on a Sunday evening. don't go to this place. Réservez une table maintenant

Good food, unfortunately the staff is very shorthanded. Our waitress did her best even though her shift was basically over. If she had not done that we would have left. Good people trying their best here.Awesome!! Just have a little bit of patience.

Stop!!! Turn your car around and go to another place!!! You will thank me later. The kitchen is destroying this place. 5 people at a table and the orders were not brought out together. 30 minutes elapse between 1st and last meal.
