I love Hooter, love the food and the vibe. I came from Vegas and was very surprised with the lack of customer service and only overall terrible experience. We didn't get so busy on Monday night, but we waited so long to be served, the girl that helped us seemed super annoyed with her job. She was the shorter girl and had pink in her eyelashes. She didn't refill my drinks at all, I was literally chewing on ice because she never died. At one point I stood up to use the bathroom and there was ROACHES in the bathroom. I was so disgusting that we didn't finish our food. We were almost done eating, so I didn't ask for a refund, but holy cow, I never had such a bad experience with a Hooter. I'm so disappointed, but glad I'm back in Vegas, where customer service and cleanliness are top priority. Also beware of the villains. That's not acceptable.

The Hooter Irving Service has weakened. I understand short staff because many places are currently suffering from the staff. What is not acceptable if you are waiting to help, and waiters make eye contact with you, turn away and act as they do not see you vs recognized you and at least say "we will be with you at a moment". We also had an incident where we had a big party to eat there. The waitresses did not want to work our party, so we told them we would break it up and they still refused. Now I will return months later and arrange their FANTASTIC cheesesticks only to discover, I paid the Hooters price for the cheap Burger King cheese sticks. I don't even think it's Mozzarella. Such a disappointment:

Have to give it a 1 star because one of the people at my table cut her mouth on a broken/chipped shot glass. Also, the waitress (three times) failed to simply refill water. And the complications with a large party were present. I always hope for a restaurant that doesn't have to yell across the table to see whose food is this, some have place settings etc. The food was simply okay. However, that broken piece of glass is unacceptable for a bartender to not check her shot glass. In case you ponder, the rim was salted, couldn't see the chip. So, yea. Also, the manager did NOT personally come to the table and apologize for the gross negligence. Honestly, it's hooters. You know what you're getting.

Short staff. Our waitress was nice, but the service was very slow. We didn't get our appetizers. Apparently the servers, bussing tables, hosting and running expo served. 2-3 server for whole restaurant. My wings were good! Come on. I won't blame anyone who was there for the conditions, they did the best they had with the staff they had...
