The food at this restaurant was good, but my experience with the Long Island iced tea was not great. It tasted like sweetened water, and I drank it all thinking it might be stronger at the bottom, but it turned out not to be. When I spoke with the manager, Andy, he asked me why I finished it. I explained my reasoning, but he seemed dismissive. As a regular customer, I expect better treatment, especially from management. I was taken aback when my server mentioned that other customers had expressed the same concern. Paying $8.50 for what felt like sweet water was disappointing, and I didn’t expect to be treated this way as a returning guest. The manager's arrogant attitude was off-putting, but...

I ordered the garlic habanero naked wings to take out, and they were quite tasty, with just a subtle hint of habanero heat that gave my lips a pleasant tingle. However, what really stood out to everyone was the hardworking attitude of the servers, who made it a point to deliver top-notch customer service. Jessica, a young woman at the bar who took my takeout order, was particularly impressive. She managed to enter my order, greet a new customer, clean the bar, process my credit card, and start preparing a drink for another patron—all in under a minute! When I complimented her on her multitasking skills, she laughed and said that it gets busy, and if you don't keep up, you’ll be overwhelmed....

We needed to grab a last-minute late-night meal for my daughter, and Hooters was one of the few places still open and ready to serve. I had called a couple of other diners, but they were either closing their kitchens early or had run out of most menu items since it was the end of the day. The bartender provided excellent To-Go service and even mentioned she's never seen a kid who doesn't love Hooters! There was no negativity at all, which can sometimes happen when you walk into a place near closing time. Instead, everyone was really friendly, offering warm greetings and goodbyes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I've ordered from this restaurant three times since moving here in December through Door Dash, and each time, I've either received a large portion of my order missing or it hasn't been correct. I've spoken to the managers and was promised a refund, but that never materialized. The service here is some of the worst I've ever encountered. Having worked in the food industry myself, including at Hooters, I believe this place needs to shut down because they clearly don't care about what they send out. The wings were average at best. They weren't very crispy and had a strange taste, in my opinion. The fries were bland; I honestly felt like I would have preferred eating a homeless man's jacket over them. To top it off, my friend had a close call with his meal!

Fantastic food and excellent service! This is by far the best Hooters I've visited. The place was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my experience!

Asia is fantastic! She really knows how to take care of customers and handled our order perfectly. I will definitely ask for her again if I return. The food was excellent as well.

This is the worst Hooters I've ever been to! I promised myself I wouldn't return after my last visit, but I decided to give them another chance and I completely regret it! Réservez une table maintenant

The restaurant has new management, and it's better than ever! The food is excellent, and I haven't experienced any bad service during my last few visits.
