We had an excellent experience at Kalesa Grill! Our party of over forty guests enjoyed a variety of specialty dishes, including the delicious cebuchon which was a crowd favorite. The beef steak cooked in traditional onion soy sauce gravy was cooked perfectly, and the baked salmon paired nicely with the noodle dishes. The crispy Lumpia spring rolls were a hit, as was the traditional Chop suey. The Ginataang Langka was a standout dish for vegetarians. For dessert, the Hopia Like It pastries were a sweet treat with a variety of flavors to choose from. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the food and service at Kalesa Grill, and would highly recommend it to others.
This restaurant is a disappointment. We ordered sweet and sour fish and the sauce came in a separate container, so we didn't check it before leaving. We even asked for extra sauce because it seemed insufficient. However, when we got home and opened the sauce, it turned out to be banana ketchup. The breaded fish was overly salty as well. The menudo we ordered was also disappointing as the potatoes were undercooked and the dish overall was not enjoyable. The only redeeming factor was the cebuchon, which was good and all we had for Christmas eve. Overall, a letdown of an experience, warranting only 1 star.
3 star because my officemates and I used to go here and we love the place. I didn't know that they downsized their restaurant. Anyhoo, I ordered the adobo, i was hooded to order the all day breakfast or the meals, but they said they don't have any only the ala carte adobo and I need to order the rice separately. So I ordered ala carte and garlic fried rice. It's meh, adobo was dry and bland seems like they just heat up in the microwave for 15 minutes. Same with the garlic fried rice... it was just a cup of fried rice, no salt or garlic. Sad. I used to love this place.
I was really in the mood for some authentic Filipino food that would take me back home. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! The serving sizes were generous and everything was tasty. I placed my order through Doordash and the food arrived warm and beautifully presented. The lechon was perfectly crispy and juicy, the garlic rice was flavorful, and my partner enjoyed the spam silog. The fresh coconut juice was delicious and refreshing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I do not recommend. We ordered food 2 weeks in advanced. We also paid in FULL 2 weeks in advance as per the restaurants demand. When we get there for pick up, they told us they sold our hopia to someone else and wont make any more. They also sold two big trays of beef steak we ordered to someone else and wont make any more. They tried to force us to take a different dish that we did not order. No compensation was offered outside of a refund. Unprofessional. Stay away.
I am beyond thankful of the quality, taste and service of Kalesa Grill. I met the owner personally and one of the nicest that I've ever met. He did way and beyond for my daughter's birthday bash. The guests were well pleased and love the food, highly recommended and deserves a shoutout for it! Do your catering with them and you will never be sorry?
Their food are delicious!. SUPER!! reasonable price, food are well prepared. I've ordered many times for our Potluck and got lots of compliments esp their pansit.
Excellent place to grab something when in a hurry. The customer service is fast, rates are fair, great vibes. Will come visit again
