Horseshoe Bay Inn - Réserver une table

We are regulars at the Shoe. We go there every week. We have loved going there over the years. But in the last few months/weeks it's really gone down hill. The kitchen staff is ever changing. They had a really good cook for awhile and then he left. Since then the food has been just passable. No changing specials anymore either. We love our regular waitress Tbone. She is always so lovely and make us feel at home. She even remembers our go to drinks and meals. She is funny and is so good to us. She is always on the go and can look after so many tables and make sure we are always happy with our food and drinks. Sadly she hasn't been around the last few weeks and we have just had horrible servic...

Burgers were okay. Not amazing, but okay. Hand made Pattie’s which is good, but perhaps under seasoned. Ordered to go. Asked for a side of gravy, but got to our hotel. Room and no gravy. Bummer. Didn’t feel like going back. Did not get a receipt so not sure if I paid for gravy or not. Getting the order took a while but not a big deal. Had a beer and watched world juniors while I waited.

Not often I find a Cesar salad I like not over dressed, very fresh and real chopped bacon. Loved it. Husband had a clubhouse on sourdough which said was excellent. Lunchtime and not busy, service was great and food arrived quickly. They make a good caesar too! Small menu, good prices. The outdoor patio looks great but it's November.

Nice cozy little pub with lots of locals. Reminds me of the 90s minus the cigarette smoke. I got the quesadilla for 15$ and I didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Servers were nice too. I’m from Vancouver and we don’t see many of these good old fashioned pubs anymore.

Walked in with a group and we all were getting seated. The waitress took an order for food from the first couple of our group to sit down...when the rest of us got seated, we went to order food, and were told the kitchen was closed...no warning.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had it was almost to a comical level like going to a Karen's in the uk.
