The delivery driver harassed me for a tip, beeped me from his car, called me several times after delivery made, and texted me did not blame me to tip. They did not mark the delivery so completely that they could continue to text and call me after delivery over half an hour. I called the restaurant to complain and they accused me of being over a tip and defended the driver's behaviour. I finally called Grubhub and reported the whole, got a refund and put evidence of the terrible behavior of the driver. Standing sushi for a start site taking into account the low prices. I tried the spider Maki and the scorpion Maki. The fried crab in the spider Maki was not crispy at all, but the scorpion Maki was very good. The ginger on the side was also good. Good and fast service. My order was finished within 10 minutes. I made a mistake to order online and somehow ordered an additional role. I called within a minute and there were no difficulties changing it into another role and paying the difference in person (in cash). There is another place just one block away that has similar prices, with some things better and some things worse. I'd try again.

What beautiful people who work here! Ordered take-out tonight, paid in cash and leave a good tip (as I try to do if I can). The man who took my order was very smiling and friendly and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. When I came home, I saw that he had set me up a free Edamame. Of course he had no idea, but after a really long, terrible day, this gesture of generosity drew me to tears. Sushi was fresh and tasty, absolutely recommend this place! It'll be back a lot.

Absolutely a hole-in-the-wall place by the very definition of the word. Hoshi Ya is primarily a take-out joint, but they have 4 seats inside and you'll receive great service and a personable experience with the chefs. The sushi is affordable and fresh.Some bad sushi has a very obvious taste that's not present here. The menu is diverse and you'll surely find anything you're inthe mood for. We finally made it to Sushi Square and it was worth the wait! Everything we tried was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered the makimono combos, salmon lovers, and Sashimi appetizer. And to top it off, I got a complimentary seaweed salad.

We order from this restaurant about once a week, and have been doing so for the past few months. The sushi always tastes fresh, and we have only had one order where they sent the wrong roll. I would definitely recommend this place for takeaway!

Oh my goodness, what did I order? The special rolls were not the best. The combinations were strange. I had an extremely salty roll and another overly fishy roll. White fish and black fish oil eggs? Ewww.
