So often you find a restaurant and you have a super meal, then next time or you recommend to friends and you are disappointed. We have eaten so many times here ...in the busy season and sometime they have opened just for four of us. The quality of the food and wine is superb and Odile is so welcoming - each and every visit. When we have friends coming to stay ...they ask to come here...and now more local friends want to share this special place...Thank you yet again for a superb meal last night...see you soon

We have eaten here twice in the last month with friends who rates this one of the best restaurants they have enjoyed for a long while. The menu is inspired and offers the taste of local cuisine but often with a twist. The wine list offers a great choice and Odile can answer any questions you have about the food and the wine. The restaurant is very welcoming with taste and flair both the cuisine and the style.

À notre arrivée, l'hôtesse était très accueillante et parlait bien anglais. La chambre était super et elle nous fournissait même de l'eau chaque soir. La nourriture était délicieuse et entièrement faite maison par le chef. Super hôtesse, délicieuse nourriture, super chambre. Rien n'était trop compliqué. Restez ici ! C'est certainement sur notre liste des endroits où séjourner !

The food is excellent, the service is helpful and knowledgeable, the local wine suggested by the owner Odile was superb. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished. A reservation is recommended because the food is freshly cooked only for the number of people expected.

A small menu, in English as well as French, beautifully prepared, feels as if you are dining in someone's home, charming and comfortable, difficult to find the first time, Hostess is very welcoming. Veloute (soup) with pastry crust - to die for!

We were recommend this restaurant on a recent visit to the Dordogne. Delightful setting, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful food. The service is attentive and charming, and as others have said, the mushroom soup with a pastry top is lovely.

We sat with friends at a learge table outside. The food was really very good, with more variation than most in the area. The lady in front of house is a complete riot of humour and enthusiasm. We had a super time.

J'ai adoré cet endroit. Absolument charmant, situé dans un cadre calme à la campagne, les propriétaires sont des gens fantastiques avec un grand sens de l'hospitalité, et la cuisine est très bonne.

Quite a quirky restauranteur serving delicious set menu catering for all our family. A very relaxed pace meal so not good if you were in a hurry. All meals were really good! Highly recommended.

Nous avons beaucoup visité de bons restaurants dans la région et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur que nous ayons trouvé. Une cuisine excellente avec un service impeccable.
