Ok, so I have to be either extremely upset or disgusted to even put in any review on a merchant; however, this morning I’m totally disgusted!! I stopped in this morning thinking I’m going to get me a nice cup of coffee with a good sandwich. I arrived at 7:19 AM and stood in line for about 5-6 minutes. During this wait, I noticed “Sam” heard him tell his name to a customer), handle several transactions with the same gloves he used to prepare food which is fine if you change your gloves each time. Just when I thought he was about to change, he took off the right glove, changed it, lightly coughed into the left glove which was not changed. At this point I knew I was just going to order coffee....
The person who took my order struggled to speak English and asked me to repeat everything multiple times. What should have been a quick 2-minute call for three items turned into a frustrating 10-minute ordeal with them putting me on hold. Additionally, the online menu didn't match what they had available, making the whole process even more complicated since I had to call instead of using DoorDash. They also failed to provide a total cost, estimate a wait time, or even say thank you. It's frustrating when individuals lacking basic courtesy and helpfulness are the ones answering phones or dealing with customers.
I stopped on a whim and just at closing time on a Sunday. The owners were enthusiastic about getting me bagels, even though they had already put most everything away. Lucky for me!The bagels were outstanding! We tried pumpernickel, blueberry and plain. They are a generous size, pillowy on the inside, yet nice and crusty on the outside. By far the best in the area!
This restaurant is hands down the best I've ever visited. The service is exceptional, and the food rivals that of Michelin-starred establishments. After discovering this incredible gem, I couldn't wait to share it with my family and friends, and now they frequently enjoy meals from here. Food: 5/5

Great place to get a breakfast sandwich or other breakfast items. I have only had lunch from here once and it was also good. Usually have a pretty good selection of food, drinks and chips. Would be nice to have more of a selection on coffee. Friendly staff.Food: 5/5
The best bagel and breakfast place in Jersey! They offer great prices and generously fill your bagel with cream cheese. I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. Food: 5/5
