Driver arrived well ahead of estimated arrival time, I was in the shower expecting my food to arrive in 10 mins the time it was estimated was 19:50-20:50 , at 19:25 I thought I’d have time to jump in the shower quickly, in the five minutes I was in the shower my delivery driver called to the house at 19:30 as I didn’t make it to the door fast enough the driver took the food back to the shop, they have refused to redeliver my food and have still taken the full price for order off of me, rude service
I dined at this restaurant tonight and the food was excellent. I ordered chips, egg fried rice, and beef curry, while my wife had red Thai curry and noodles. The portions were generous and the flavors were fantastic. This was truly the best Chinese food I have ever had. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Newry.
Good service and all just the food wasn't very good. I got the Szechwan chicken and rice snack box and the chicken wasn't that bad but the rice sucked. There is too many items on the menu (Something like 200+ and they need to just keep it simple. Is pretty expensive, needs a bit of work.
I don't know about the other reviews, my experience here was fantastic.. Special Honey Chili Chicken was amazing, spicy and sweet, amazing value fried rice was only a small amount more when ordered with a main, great food!!

Gave my correct address, they rang me saying they were at my door when i was sitting right next to my door. came about 2 hours after. such a disgrace but food was good. will never be ordering from there again.
Everything was hot and gorgeous.Hot Wok never disappoints,always fantastic quality,piping hot.Best duck dishes in town,very generous portions and delivered on time or earlier.Thank You very much!
The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I highly recommend trying the chips, fried rice, curry sauce, salted chilli chicken, and salted chilli chicken balls.
I haven't had a bad meal here yet and the staff is friendly, which is a nice change. The prices are good and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Had the Thai chicken which was shared with 2 others and all agreed it was nicest ever tasted. Will be back
