You can have a lunch menu for...CHF29.00 and if you do not want a dessert, it is only CHF 23.00 (Mind you that Big Mac Menu in Switzerland is CHF 15. ! My favorite place in Fribourg! The friendly crew creates a relaxed atmosphere in this great place in the center of the town. If you go there as a couple, ask for one of the small tables on the balcony with a stunning view of the...old city. What comes in your plate is plain bliss. Go with the menu and just taste chef Frédérik's creations which are adapted to the season and feature mainly local produce. You can often see him choosing fresh fruits and vegetables at the local market which takes place every Saturday morning in front of the restaurant. If you want to taste this great cooking without spending much money, go for the meal at lunchtime.
Food is good, presentation of the plates are great, sauces and blending of taste and colours are refined and one can see there's a lot of effort behind it. One off point though. A condescending attitude from one of your personnel was not great but we'll definitely come again for the food.
Superb food experience! The food taste magnificent and the service was comfortable too. Every single bite was a journey. No exaggeration, one of the best fine dinning restaurants I’ve ever been! We will definitely come back!
