This restaurant was recommended for its filets de perche by non other than the late Philippe Rochat , former Chef of Hotel de Ville in Crissier before the late Benoit Violier. As we love filets de perche , we decided to give it a try.... We were immediately won over, not only by the excellent food, but the warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome of a family run restaurant in the countryside. We have been back many times , and although I promised myself that I will try their meat which looks delicious, I am always tempted by the filets de perche! Spontan angehalten und besucht, absolut tolle Küche mit traditionellem Landbeiz Charakter! Karottensuppe mit Sternanis, Schüssel grüner Salat, Rindsfilet auf dem heissen Stein mit Gemüse, Pommes allumettes und Sauce Bernaise gefolgt von im Holzofen gebackenen Meringues mit Greyerzerrahm...einfach herrlich!
