This restaurant was recommended for its filets de perche by non other than the late Philippe Rochat , former Chef of Hotel de Ville in Crissier before the late Benoit Violier. As we love filets de perche , we decided to give it a try.... We were immediately won over, not only by the excellent food, but the warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome of a family run restaurant in the countryside. We have been back many times , and although I promised myself that I will try their meat which looks delicious, I am always tempted by the filets de perche! Gorgeous freshly made frites, and a lovely salad to start with. Their desserts are scrumptious too the cafe gourmand is super. Will definitely try the meat filet de boeuf sur ardoise and other tempting dishes one of these days . Really worth the visit
